Soundnode App

SoundCloud has brought artists closer to their listeners, which makes it one of the best things since sliced bread. With the Soundnode App, you can enjoy the benefits of SoundCloud on your desktop, without opening a web browser. The application comes with most of the features you will find on the SoundCloud web interface and it makes them more comfortable.

Soundnode is offered completely free of charge, for Windows and Mac OS X. The application doesn't need to be installed and it works straight out of the box. All you have to do is extract its files and run its executable. There is no need to install any supplementary tools or services and you don't have to sacrifice too many resources.

When you launch Soundnode, you will have to provide your SoundCloud login credentials. Once you are logged in, you will find all your streams, favorites, followed artists and your playlists on the application's user interface. They are organized on separate pages, which can be accessed instantly, through navigation tabs, on the left side of the window.

Soundnode allows you to perform almost any actions you can on SoundCloud. This includes searching for songs, liking and adding them to a favorites list or to your personal playlists, following artists and more. You can still log into your SoundCloud account, while Soundnode is running. Furthermore, anything you do on the web interface or on the desktop one will be updated almost instantly on the other side.
